The organizer reserves the right to publish the winner on https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/stiftstgeorgen<\/span><\/a> and https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/stiftstgeorgen\/<\/span><\/a>. The winner must claim his or her prize within 14 days by email. If the person does not claim the prize within the 14 days, the organizer reserves the right to determine a new winner. If the contact details provided are incorrect (e.g. postal or email addresses), the organizer is not obliged to research correct addresses. Participation is free of charge, voluntary and without obligation for the participants. Legal recourse is excluded.<\/p>\n
<\/span>Residents with permanent residence in Austria or Germany are eligible to participate in prize draws and competitions at https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/stiftstgeorgen<\/span><\/a> and https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/stiftstgeorgen\/<\/span><\/a>. A person may participate only once per prize draw. Automated entries are excluded from participation. The organizer reserves the right to demand proof from participants of compliance with the above requirements. If proof is not provided upon request, the participant may be excluded from the promotion by the organizer. The organizer further reserves the right to exclude participants who violate criminal laws, public morals or these game conditions from participation with immediate effect.<\/p>\n
<\/span>Participants declare that their submission to the prize draw (for example texts, drawings or photographs) does not violate the rights of third parties, in particular copyrights and personal rights. If other persons were involved in the creation or development of the participation contribution, they must agree to its submission and later publication as part of the prize draw. The same applies if third parties have been granted an exclusive right to the submitted contributions. Even if other persons are recognizable in submitted photographs or drawings, their consent to submission and later publication must be obtained.<\/p>\n
<\/span>Payment of the prize in cash, in kind, its exchange or transfer to other persons is not possible. For prizes in the form of a voucher, the cash payout of the prize, the sale and the transfer of the voucher are not permitted.<\/p>\n
<\/span>The data entered by participants for participation in the prize draw is used only for processing and handling the prize draw and is not \u2013 apart from the publication mentioned above \u2013 passed on to third parties or used for advertising purposes without the participant’s consent.<\/p>\n
<\/span>The organizer reserves the right to change the terms of participation at any time. Such a change must be announced immediately. The organizer further reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the prize draw or the raffle at any time for important reasons without prior notice. <\/span>Further terms of participation (for example the type and duration of the prize draw, the type and scope of the prize) are stated for the respective prize draw.
