Requirements:
- Well-groomed appearance and good manners
- Stress resistance and flexibility

- Completed vocational training in the industry or experience in a comparable position
- German in spoken and written form, foreign language an advantage
Main areas of responsibility:
- Professional and cordial guest care and service in the restaurant and event area
- Drinks and food service
- Confident knowledge of food and drinks menu as well as daily specials
- Active sales
- Handling daily operations according to event function sheets
- Preparation and follow-up work in the restaurant, such as setting tables
- Providing the required mise-en-place
- Properly carrying out booking transactions and billing formalities
- Ensuring order and cleanliness throughout the restaurant and work area
- Professional use and cleaning of equipment and materials
- Compliance with statutory and HACCP requirements
