The Four Mountains Trail leads you through the historic center of Carinthia and directly past the abbey. The Otwinus Trail offers a magnificent view of the surrounding landscape and especially of the region’s landmarks. Another trail that starts directly at Stift St. Georgen am Längsee is stage number 5 Sveta Ana of the Hemma Pilgrimage Trail. If you want to experience more adventure and a piece of wild nature, then the Liebenfels Water Trail is just right.

The Austrian Hiking Quality Seal distinguishes high-quality hiking trails, hiking villages, and hosts. Certification with the Austrian Hiking Quality Seal is a prerequisite for becoming part of the Austrian Hiking Villages association.

high mountain landscapes, in the Alpine foothills, or amid idyllic
hill and wine landscapes, they have all dedicated themselves to the magic of
