By when do I need to order?
Please send your order via the online form or by email, or call us by 11:00 a.m. the day before. Spontaneous treats can also be accommodated, subject to availability.
When can I pick up my order?
Pickup is possible during our bakery opening hours, Friday to Sunday and on public holidays between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Outside of opening hours you can collect and pay for your pre-order directly at reception, daily until 5:00 p.m.
Can I shop spontaneously?
Yes — a selection of fresh products is available during opening hours, but not guaranteed. We therefore recommend pre-ordering by email, phone or online form.
How does payment work?
You can pay in cash on site. At reception, card payment is also possible. House guests can also have the amount conveniently charged to their room.
Are there seasonal products?
Yes — depending on the season, we offer special specialities such as carnival doughnuts, Easter pastries and Easter meats, or Christmas baking. You can find current information on our website, by phone or on site.
Can I order larger quantities?
Absolutely. For larger orders we kindly ask for an early pre-order or a short phone call to discuss.
